Brookland Press offers two distinct living experiences. Residents can choose between The Foundry—an industrial‑inspired building featuring original structural elements from a preserved printing‑press warehouse—and The Forge, a newer building designed to complement the property’s historic industrial character. With an extensive list of amenities and limitless opportunities to celebrate the textures and motion of everyday life, we hope you discover your home here.

The leasing office at Brookland Press is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, Saturdays from 10 AM to 5 PM, and Sundays from 12 PM to 5 PM. If you’re planning a visit or need help outside those hours, feel free to reach out—we’re here to help!

Brookland Press residents have access to reserved garage covered parking and reserved outdoor parking.
